This part of the Princeton History Project archives contains newspaper cuts or printing blocks with images of people and Princeton-area buildings including the Princeton Inn and Miss Fine's School. The box also contains paste-up images and negatives of images for <>; notes with information on photo preservation and lists of topics, perhaps identifying slides, photographs, or negatives in the collection; as well as a box of slides, many of which are organized by topic.

The Princeton History Project grew out of an oral history program initiated by Elric Endersby for the Historical Society of Princeton in 1972. The Project gave rise to the "Princeton Yesteryear" column in the Princeton Packet newspaper from 1972-1975, as well as <>, published from 1975-1986, which had a statewide readership and subscribers from nearly every state in the nation and a half dozen foreign countries.
