Description |
Interior of Procter Hall, the dining hall at the Princeton University Graduate College, while under construction. William Cooper Procter, Princeton University class of 1883, gave Procter Hall as a memorial to his parents. The Graduate College was designed by Ralph Adams Cram and was dedicated in 1913; Andrew Fleming West was the first dean of the Graduate School housed in these builldings. The complex included a tower, dining hall, refectory, library, lounge, gardens, a house for the dean, and rooms for the master in residence. |
