Description |
Trinity Church, 33 Mercer Street, before 1914. The church was built in 1868, and was designed by architect Richard Mitchell Upjohn. In this photograph, the church still has its original tower. The tower was replaced with a taller one during extensive renovations by architect Ralph Adams Cram in 1914-1915. In the foreground: Trinity Parish School, built in 1849. |
