Description |
Edwards Hall, Princeton University, in 1926. Edwards Hall was built as a "poor man's dormitory" in 1879, to provide housing for less affluent students in simple, single rooms. It was funded by John C. Green and designed by Edward D. Lindsey, Curator of Buildings and Grounds. Renovations in 1985 raised the roof, changed the tower rooflines, and removed fire escapes. |
