Description |
H.B. Fine House, now at 291-293 Nassau Street on the corner of Princeton Avenue. Built in the late 1880s in the shingle style. The house was originally located on Prospect Avenue; it was moved across Prospect and extensively renovated in 1903. The building housed the University Club Quadrangle until 1910. The Tower Club occupied the building for another four years; by that point it had already been moved to its current location on Nassau Street. Note that since this photograph was taken, the shingle siding has been replaced with white clapboard [as of 2009]. |
